Almost all the phase 4 properties are now occupied. The builders are racing on with the next buildings in phases 5, 5a, 6 and 7, as well as Rainbow House, the Childrens' Services property next to Victoria Park Grove. Jack Lunn are working hard to keep exisiting trees on site (see Roos Court, to the right).

Phase 4 nearly full now
Almost all the phase 4 properties are now occupied. The builders are racing on with the next buildings in phases 5, 5a, 6 and 7, as well as Rainbow House, the Childrens' Services property next to Victoria Park Grove.
