The contract to build a Childrens' Services short break centre in Armley was signed on Friday. Work will start on Rainbow House in January 2009 to have the building ready for use by February 2010.The name is the result of a competition won by Kristina Pollard who received her prize and certificate at a 'fun' day where children designed a logo for the building. The picture shows the children working on the final design for the logo.
